John Campbell is an ambulance driver and EMT who started dating Fiona Glenanne in Season Two. He did many favors for her and the gang, but he recognized that his and Fiona's lives didn't go well together and Michael was ultimately the one for her.
In Season Six Campbell is utilized to help patch up Sam Axe after he is shot in You Can Run.
